Our commitment: We aim to be fair and transparent. If you experience a genuine issue with our Service, we'll work with you to make it right.
BParked offers a free trial period with no credit card required (where applicable). You can explore the full feature set before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial period.
No charge is applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan at the applicable rate.
You may cancel your BParked subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@bbox.rs.
Upon cancellation:
Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and request a full refund. No questions asked.
If BParked is unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to our error, you may request a pro-rata refund.
If your payment method is charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our part, we will refund the difference.
Cancellations after the 14-day money-back period do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
If you use the Service for part of a billing period and then cancel, no partial refund is issued for unused days.
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
Choosing not to use certain features of the plan you purchased does not qualify for a refund.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the difference in the current period.
If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the billing period.
All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge. Taxes (VAT or equivalent) are refunded where applicable and required by law.
Note: Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (Paddle) may not be refundable in all cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Consumers in the EU/EEA may have additional rights under applicable legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
BParked reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.
